Who I can best support

It is the privilege of a lifetime to support people who are going through transitions, thresholds, initiations, dark nights of the soul, midlife crisis, crossroads, Saturn returns and other major astrological transits. I help people stay curious, open and grounded during phases of uncertainty and rearrangement.

I love providing spiritual direction for people who are in the early stages of their spiritual journey. (This includes people who are newly exploring psychedelics.) I aim to help such people stay receptive and grounded, and away from some of the pitfalls of the modern spiritual seeker. I also support them in maintaining their spiritual, philosophical and ideological sovereignty and help them access direct, personal spiritual connection.

I love supporting people who are unpacking religious/spiritual trauma, and deconstructing fundamentalist religious conditioning. I always do my best to help them cultivate discernment so as not to dump out the baby with the bathwater.

I am delighted to support women who are interested in using ritual and ceremony as a tool for initiation, maturation, reclamation and transformation. I offer personal ceremony curation when clear intention, deep sincerity and a spirit of creative experimentation are present.

I am especially available to support Jewish individuals who are working with painful material around antisemitism, internalized antisemitism and Jewish identity.

Training and approach

I have trained in numerous psycho-spiritual healing and consciousness modalities including core shamanism, Amazonian shamanism, sound healing, astrology, parts work, aromatherapy and anointing, and various forms of energy work. I have spent countless hours of my life in ceremony learning from indigenous elders, wisdom keepers and curanderas. I’m also a certified clairvoyant, a fully ordained earth based minister of prayer, and a certified funeral celebrant.

This kind of haelan/wholeness is the essence of my approach. I use all of the tools in my medicine basket to offer generous guidance and support to everyone I work with. I employ seership and intuition, fierce love, humor, dream imagery and no holds barred honestly. My style is soulful, creative, experimental, dynamic and prayer full. I source a lot of my inspiration from mytho-poetry (John O’Donohue, Leonard Cohen, Clarissa Pinkola Estés,) bio-mimicry, botany, and the natural world in general, and from my own ceremonial elders who inspire me every day to be a kinder, more loving and more conscientious human being.
